Home Economics Ministry

Purpose: This ministry is to teach and help develop natural skills. It will equip one to perform everyday tasks which are needed in life. This teaching is given according to the sound doctrine of God – Titus 2:1-8

These classes consist of:

* Cooking: Sanitary handling of foods,
* Proper etiquette and manners (home and away from home)
* How to choose food properly when eating out
* Crochet classes are available as needed. This is a ministry that will not only help you become more economical, but it serves as therapy for the hands and mind.

YEARLY PLAN:

Participation from the members: Male or Female, Ages 13 to Adult

Regular Monthly Meeting/Monthly Dues
Dues: Adults - $6.00/Youth-$3.00
Meeting Day: Tuesday after the 3rd Sunday
Meeting Time: 5:30 p.m.
Meeting Place: Fellowship Hall

Monthly Discussions & Projects for the Ministry: Special Meeting Projects, Research Information/Different Topics, Quarterly Outings/Culinary Trips

Home Management Workshops: Every quarter (four times a year)/Saturdays, 9:00 am – 12:00 noon (Schedule on Church Calendar), One-day workshop sessions. (May require 2 days from time to time), Monetary or items purchases may be necessary for workshops
